Rule #47 in the Realtor handbook – highlight upgrades like rock fireplaces to entice buyers. What school fails to teach us is to use discretion! While a nice rock fireplace is wonderful, the overall feel of this photo is very creepy!
DISCLAIMER – I had a friend ask if I take these photos! The answer was a very quick NO WAY! These are actual MLS photos I’ve found while searching for property for my buyers. I would not and will not ever take photos like these REALLY!?!?! photos I post.
