I’m assuming that since this home is listed, the sellers would like to sell it and move into their new place. No one says a seller must wait until a contract arrives to begin packing. In fact, the more sellers decrease their “stuff” beforehand the more traffic increases afterword. If nothing else, sellers get a jump start on the daunting task that lies ahead.

My clients are always asking me if I like my job. I truthfully reply “Yes”. I really do love my job. Every day is different and I’ve had the opportunity to meet some really neat people. I also see some very interesting things!

If I’ve ever listed your home, you know how long it takes for me to get photos for the Internet. I am very particular and get so many shots of each room, then go to the office to edit them. The Internet is the most powerful tool to sell a home. The photos must be perfect.

So you can imagine my surprise when I see photos like this one. Really?!?! I wonder if the agent listed a 1/2 bath out back.
